Read Right Tutor - Pleasanton, Tx
We are seeking compassionate individuals who want to help our youth become better readers. The position requires the Read Right Tutor to maintain a standard weekly schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with intermittent weeks of full time work for paid training.
Contract: $16.00 per hour.

Willingness to challenge ones own thinking and learn new processes
Self-confident; willingness to expose areas of weakness
Able to work flexible and extended hours when the consultants are on site
Ability to work independently within a larger context of team cooperation
Prompt follow-up on details
Pro-active approach to effective communication with teachers, administrators, and READ RIGHT.
Excellent reading skills and love of reading
Excellent eyesight and hearing
Job Functions and Responsibilities
1. Become certified as a READ RIGHT tutor.
2. Administer pre-tests as students enter the program, and administer post-tests and exit interviews when students leave the program.
3. Inform Managers about program progress on a regular basis.
