Case Manager- San Antonio Center- Full
Time
Good Samaritan Community Services is in need of a Case
Manager for the Get 2 Work program. The Case Manger will be responsible for
developing and implementing individualized service plans for impoverished youth
between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age. The service plans will include detailed
support services needed, as well as educational and career exploratory plans.
The Case Manager will be responsible for client follow up, as well as keeping
detailed and organized client files, and accurately recording client progress
into a computerized information system. The ideal candidate will have
experience working with "at risk" youth as well as a Bachelors degree in a
social service oriented discipline.
Accounting Clerk- San Antonio Center- Full Time
Good Samaritan Community services has an opening for an
Accounting Clerk. Duties include processing payroll, assisting with accounts
payable and receivable, as well as reconciling accounts and assisting with
audit preparations. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or
equivalent, and at least two years of applicable experience.
Youth Service Specialist- San Antonio Center- Part
Time
The Youth
Service Specialist will assist the Program Manager, Activities Coordinator, and Case Managers with the daily operations of
the Youth Services Program. The Youth Service Specialist will also assist in
the facilitation of curricula and activities for program participants. The work
schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to
7:00 p.m. when SAISD is in session. The position converts to full time during
the summer and normal SAISD school holidays. Requirements include a High School
Diploma, or GED.
Youth Program Coordinator- Pharr Center- Full Time
Good Samaritan Community Services is seeking a full time
Youth Program Coordinator for our new program in Pharr, TX. The Program
Coordinator will be responsible for running an after-school and summer program
for impoverished youth. Responsibilities include community outreach and participant
recruitment, planning recreational activities, facilitating life-skills and
character building curricula, and managing other program staff.
Requirements include a Bachelors degree, and experience working with "at
risk" youth.
