Academic Tutor/Part Time/San Antonio TX Site
The Academic Tutor will assist Middle School and High School aged youth with all school subjects, primarily math and science. Other duties include creating lesson plans, and documenting youth progress. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
Assistant Teacher/Full Time/San Antonio TX Site:
The Assistant Teacher will primarily work in the infant classroom, but will provide coverage in the toddler and pre-school classrooms when necessary. Basic duties include facilitating age appropriate activities in the classrooms, and documenting developmental progress for assigned children. Other duties include feeding and diapering children, and cleaning and sanitizing classrooms daily. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience. Obtainment of a CDA (Child Development Associate Certificate) is preferred, but not necessary for consideration. The work schedule will consist of eight hour days Monday through Friday.
Data Clerk/Part Time/San Antonio TX Site:
The Data Clerk will be responsible for data entering client enrollment forms, daily attendance, and meal counts. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the school year, and Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the summer months. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and must be able to data enter information quickly and accurately.
Maintenance Assistant/Part Time/ San Antonio TX Site:
The Maintenance Assistant will help maintain the agency’s buildings and grounds. Basic duties include lawn and landscaping work, daily trash removal, indoor cleaning as needed, and closing all buildings at the end of the day. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Maintenance Assistant will occasionally be asked to work full days when needed. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience.
Youth Service Specialist/Part Time/Bandera TX Site:
The Youth Service Specialist will facilitate life skills activities to High School youth on topics such as self esteem, responsibility, and healthy living. Other duties include creating stimulating lesson plans, and documenting lesson outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
Site Coordinator/Full Time Seasonal/Alice TX Site:
The Site Coordinator will run a summer program for youth. Responsibilities include assisting in the hiring process of summer youth staff, supervising summer staff, creating the daily program activities calendar, overseeing daily operations, and interacting with parents and youth. Other duties include processing attendance and program outcome reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience.

Community Relations Intern
We are currently looking for a Community Relations Intern to assist with marketing, public relations, social media, and special events. Applicant must be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study. Intern should be available approximately 10-20 hours each week between 9am and 6pm, Monday-Friday. Internship is unpaid but intern will gain valuable, real-world experience in public relations and nonprofit development.
